LEVEL3 Track - Participation Agreement

By joining the LEVEL3 Program, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
Any violation may result in immediate removal without prior warning.

1. Core Professional Principles

I will uphold the following values throughout my participation:

• Reliability - Be punctual, consistent and follow program structure.
• Proactive Responsibility - Communicate challenges proactively and clearly.
• Exemplary Conduct - Maintain a high standard in appearance, conduct and communication.
• Mutual Respect - Treat people, equipment, and the environment with care.

2. Attendance and Working Hours

I agree to:

• Attend at least Monday–Friday, with core hours between 10:00-16:00
  • Including up to a 60-minute lunch break between 12:00–14:00
  • Not work between 22:00-6:00
• Work at least 40 hours per week.
• Be punctual for all sessions and appointments.
